Processing Time

Online orders may take 2-4 business days to process before shipping from our warehouse (excluding weekends and all U.S. Federal Holidays). We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. However, please allow for additional shipping time as our carrier's work to deliver the high volume of items shipped on a daily basis. Estimated delivery dates can vary upon location.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat shipping rate on all Bodyblade purchases. The rate will vary depending on the item purchased (due to differing weight and dimensions of each product). For example, purchasing an individual Carry Bag or Wall Chart will have a much lower shipping rate compared to one of our larger Bundles. The maximum shipping rate will not exceed $19.99.

Carrier Delays

Please note that our carriers can experience delays due to increased demand and high shipping volume. At times, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for tracking information to update from the time you receive your shipping confirmation. If you experience prolonged delays, please do not hesitate to contact us.
