COVERAGE: This warranty applies to the Bodyblade for one year from the date of original purchase providing that the Bodyblade has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse. Hymanson, Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any Bodyblade that meets the warranty criteria.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: Prior to any parts returned for repair or replacement, Hymanson, Inc. must assign a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) to you. Any Bodyblade returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and returned at owner’s expense. Purchaser must pay all shipping costs. WARRANTY PERIOD: This warranty covers the Bodyblade unit for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty terminates upon misuse or accidental damage to the Bodyblade during operation of the product. Any repair work must be done by a qualified person or company authorized by Hymanson, Inc. This does not include a refund on shipping and handling. Under no circumstances shall Hymanson, Inc. be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damage of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
